Been wanting it done for awhile.

After sanding buffing masking off and painting the interior door panels it is time to add stripes. I wish this site was more up to date and made it easier to load photos. It is a 383 v8 powered 1969 charger equipped with air conditioning an am fm stereo power steering and power drum brakes. They took care of a few scratches so i went ahead and had the roof painted black.

Just got my car back from the paint shop. It was originally painted in code t3 light bronze metallic with a tan interior a black vinyl top and chrome rocker trim. This is a flat black slightly textured lacquer paint. Most of the original painted stripes used organisol.

Hood and roof job on my 06 charger spraying black water based paint. We recommend using a spray can of black paint that is not flat and that has no more sheen than a semi gloss color. Painted for 2011 2012 2013 2014 dodge charger rear window roof spoiler black. I think it turned out great.
