Rated 4 out of 5 by john from this is a great pack for year round mountain use there are a lot of great mountain packs out there and this is one of them first its a very versatile size remove the lid and you have about a 36 liter pack the perfect size for a big day out with the lid and extra collar you can expand this pack into the 50 liter range enough for a 2 3 day trip.
The pack rides carries comfortably.
The 30 liter speed is an ideal size to serve as a crag pack a day pack for alpine climbs an overnight pack for ultralight trips or even a lightweight ski mountaineering pack.
